Pay for active employees
You're charged for the people currently active in your workspace, never less than the plan minimum, monthly or yearly with a month free. Adding or removing people adjusts your invoices automatically.
Change plan any time
Upgrade when you need rotas or reviews, or downgrade when you don't. Modules switch on and off straight away and your data stays put.
Cards, invoices, cancel
Manage your card and download invoices from your account page. Cancel any time — your workspace stays readable and exportable afterwards.

How does the free trial work?
You choose a plan and an address, and your workspace is ready straight away. You'll be asked for a card so the subscription can continue when the trial ends; you aren't charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends from your account page.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for a year up front and get one month free — 12 months for the price of 11. Your free trial comes first, then the year is charged. If you add people during the year, we invoice them for the rest of the year; people you remove become a credit on your next invoice. You can switch between monthly and yearly from your account page.
What counts as an employee?
Anyone with an active record in your workspace. People you mark as former employees stop counting immediately, so your invoice follows your real headcount.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time from your account page. Upgrades switch the extra modules on straight away. If you downgrade, the modules that are no longer included are switched off, but the data you entered stays in your workspace.
What happens if I cancel or a payment fails?
Your workspace becomes read-only: your team can still sign in and look up records, but nothing can be changed. You can restore it by fixing the payment or resubscribing, and you can download a full export of your data at any time.
Is my company's data mixed with other customers'?
No. Every customer has its own separate database and file store, and sign-in sessions only work for one workspace. See the security page for details.
